Jesse and April Bianchi have several ministry roles at the church. They live in Carey and have four children, Nellie, Nehamiah, Lincoln, and Lizah.
Jesse has attended the Lighthouse since 2003 and has been the Sunday school superintendent since 2013. He leads the men’s Bible study group and is a junior high and high school Sunday school teacher.
Jesse’s favorite part of his ministry is seeing people of all ages grow in the knowledge of the word of God and seeing them trust Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Through his ministry, he hopes to see believers grow in their faith and see unbelievers receive salvation. In his role as Sunday school superintendent, he hopes to enable teachers to more effectively communicate the gospel through continuing education seminars.
He enjoys woodworking, camping and recreational activities.
April has attended the Lighthouse since 2003. She has been a Sunday school teacher since 2004 and ladies Bible study leader since 2009. She is also part of the women’s ministries group.
As the Sunday school teacher of the toddler class, she enjoys teaching little ones about Jesus and His word. She loves to tell them how much Jesus loves them and how He made them so very special.
“I love teaching and spreading God’s word, along with wonderful fellowship with my sisters in Christ,” she said.
April has big goals for her ministry and for the Kingdom of Christ. “I would like to see a revival through this land like never before. I am spreading God’s word and praying for opportunities to witness and pray for those around me.”
She encourages anyone who needs someone to pray with to contact her. “I am here to bear the burdens of this life, as we are instructed to do together.”
